R-Shape Bending
Based on precisely designed CAD/CAM data, a conical shape true to the drawing was achieved by performing dozens of bends on a press brake. During machining, any strain generated is finely adjusted by our experienced craftsmen to achieve a precise finish within tolerance.
High-Precision Piercing and Cutting
The key feature of this product is that we were able to faithfully reproduce a highly intricate design while working with aluminum, a material prone to distortion. Tube Cutting and Forming
With 3D tube laser processing, slits can be cut into a single tube to allow precise bending. Because the processing is performed on the same tube, it ensures high accuracy and simplifies jig setup during welding. High-precision processing with fewer steps leads to reduced costs and shorter delivery times.
Multi-stage Bending
A key feature of these precision sheet-metal products is the use of complex, multi-directional progressive bending. This multi-stage bending process requires a high level of technical knowledge and extensive experience from skilled engineers.
