R-Shape Bending
Based on precisely designed CAD/CAM data, a conical shape true to the drawing was achieved by performing dozens of bends on a press brake. During machining, any strain generated is finely adjusted by our experienced craftsmen to achieve a precise finish within tolerance.
High-Precision Piercing and Cutting
The key feature of this product is that we were able to faithfully reproduce a highly intricate design while working with aluminum, a material prone to distortion. Even with products that are difficult to process like this one, Yamada’s technical expertise allows us to meet our customers’ requirements.
Tube Cutting and Forming
With 3D tube laser processing, slits can be cut into a single tube to allow precise bending. Because the processing is performed on the same tube, it ensures high accuracy and simplifies jig setup during welding. High-precision processing with fewer steps leads to reduced costs and shorter delivery times.
Multi-stage Bending
A key feature of these precision sheet-metal products is the use of complex, multi-directional progressive bending. This multi-stage bending process requires a high level of technical knowledge and extensive experience from skilled engineers.
